About
Writing softly about the unromantic parts of a well-run life.
Hello, I'm your host.
Lavender & Ledger began as a private notebook: a place to sort out the practical bits of a life lived between countries — bank accounts, tax returns, and the small routines that keep a person grounded when the address keeps changing.
Today it's a studio of sorts. I write, film, and consult on the quiet mechanics of financial life — with a bias toward calm, considered decisions over loud ones. My readers are expats, almost-expats, and anyone who suspects there might be a gentler way to do all this.
The palette is intentional. Money doesn't have to feel like a spreadsheet at 11pm. It can feel like lavender, mint, and a good pen.
